The Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) confirmed this Wednesday that the Spanish-Marroqui athlete Mohamed Katir has appealed to the Court of Sports Arbitration (TAS) the penalty he imposed last year for skipping three anti-doping controls and that it was extended to four years.
