- Calling for organised responses, he told people to protest as a `constitutionally established right`, support politicians opposing Donald Trump and ICE, and practise self care to stay strong.
- Several high-profile artists amplified the outrage, including Olivia Rodrigo, Finneas and Billie Eilish, while Moby and Seth Troxler publicly condemned ICE on Monday .
- The federal response has been defensive, with DHS calling Billie Eilish's comments `garbage rhetoric` and citing a 1,300 per cent rise in assaults and 3,200 per cent rise in vehicle rammings while noting the killing of Renee Nicole Good two weeks earlier.
