Perth and Kinross Council's new mobile phone policy sets strict rules for school pupils, staff and parents around the use of the devices.

The Ministry of National Education does not want to introduce a central ban on students using their phones in schools. On the one hand, the expert points out that there is no effective solution for what to do with these devices. Additionally, she draws attention to, for example, the behavior of parents.
