IDF soldiers were seen trying to block Hadash MK Ofer Cassif from entering a West Bank village that has been under settler siege for over two weeks, with footage showing one soldier apparently staging an assault by the MK
Occupied Jerusalem: Israeli Knesset member Ofer Ksiv, Wednesday, filed an official complaint against Israeli soldiers, after obstructing his entry into the town of Qasrrah in the northern occupied West Bank, and verbally and physically assaulting him while trying to meet besieged Palestinian families. This was in accordance with a written statement by the Ksif office, a Knesset member of the Democratic Front for Peace.
In a video taken during the incident, soldiers are seen blocking the MK with his hands behind his back. Suddenly, one of them slips and starts shouting: "He hit me, my head." The forces then allowed Kassif to pass. IDF: The conduct of the soldiers in the incident is being investigated
