- According to the ethics report, the texts included a graphic reference to the president and a follow-up reading `Make sure it isn't blurry` sent about 20 minutes later.
- Sanctions include removal from committees, mandatory sexual-harassment training and a 50-foot restriction from Williams, after House Minority Leader Ashley Aune had already removed Dean from committees in September.
- Her testimony emphasized trauma and a call for expulsion, and Republican state Rep. Cecelie Williams said the messages retriggered fear and PTSD, urging Dean's removal amid 157 accused lawmakers since 2017; all 10 no votes were from Democrats.
