MISSOULA COUNTY, MONTANA, JUL 22 – The project will generate about $7 million for the Affordable Housing Trust Fund and create 200 jobs, revitalizing a long-idle city-owned lot in downtown Missoula.
- On July 21, 2025, Missoula City Council approved selling the Riverfront Triangle Fox site, voting unanimously for $4 million to Averill Hospitality.
- Despite past failures as recently as 2019, the Riverfront Triangle site has been a long-idle parking lot, with all sale proceeds allocated to the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
