"Anytime someone wants to send you money and tells you to send money to someone else, that's almost always a scam," explained Daniel Irwin, a spokesman for the Better Business Bureau of the Mid-South. Irwin told FOX13 scammers are now targeting college students who may have limited experience writing or cashing checks.
