NORTH BATTLEFORD — Battlefords RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 46-year-old man. Police said Joseph Williams was last seen at about 7:45 p.m. on Aug. 13 on Clark Drive in North Battleford. He is described as five-foot-ten, 185 pounds, with blue eyes, bald head, and a full grey, white and brown beard.
