UPDATE- Raivyn Carlson has been located and is safe (Information from the Baker City Police Department) Raivyn Carlson, a 10 yo female for a walk this evening from her home in East Baker. She was last seen walking towards McDonalds on birch street at around 5pm, wearing a plaid red and black sweater and brown khaki shorts with multi colored striped shoes. She has not returned home.
