A 17-year-old girl who was reported missing out of Tilton, New Hampshire, was located Monday evening when Portland police conducted a traffic stop. At around 8:35 p.m. Monday, the Portland police pulled over a vehicle at the intersection of Hanover Street and Lancaster Street.
