The body of a man found in the water near the island of Papa Stronsay has been formally identified as Justin Evans, also known as Brother Ignatius Maria. Mr Evans, a monk, had been reported missing from the island on Sunday, April 12. His body was discovered on Wednesday, May 6. His relatives are aware.
