Flight MH370 Families Want 'Facts' as China Court Hears Appeal
Two families say the ruling failed to establish key facts and seek more search efforts as Malaysia extends the hunt through June 2027.

- Jiang Hui, whose mother was on the flight, argued the court "merely ruled on the amount of compensation," stating the appeal aims to establish facts and criticize Malaysia Airlines' inaction since 2014.
- Malaysia announced last month that the search for MH370 will be extended through June 2027, an operation led by private firm Ocean Infinity to locate The Boeing 777 that vanished en route to Beijing.
- Despite 12 years of searches, the aircraft and black boxes remain missing. "In 12 years, no one has ever apologised to us," Li Eryou said, highlighting enduring frustration among families seeking answers.
