Missing Carson Woman Has Been Located

A 66-year-old at-risk woman with a mental health disorder who was last seen in Carson has been located. Carmen Johnson was previously last seen at 2:48 p.m. Sunday on the 800 block of Helmick Street, at Wadley Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. The LASD did not say where Johnson was found, but thanked the public and department personnel for their help locating Johnson.
