CCTV footage reportedly shows two men arriving in a car and hurling petrol bombs at the office around 12:38 am, with attackers parking near a junction before targeting the facility.
Ranchi Police have launched an investigation into the attack, collecting evidence from the scene, while a team from the Forensic Sciences Laboratory was called to ascertain the contents of the bottles.
Opposition leader Babulal Marandi termed the incident "serious," suggesting it appeared part of a larger conspiracy, while Union Minister Sanjay Seth called the attack on the RSS "extremely unfortunate."
Police continue investigating without identifying suspects, as the attack sparked concerns about the state's law and order situation while authorities review CCTV footage to determine the motive.
