Ministry: Rail Baltic Will Be Completed in 2030, but with Several Concessions

The completion date for Rail Baltic is still 2030, but the railway will be completed by then with quite a few concessions, according to a report from the Ministry of Climate Change. However, over 400 million euros will need to be found for the construction of the railway in the next two years, which is currently unfunded.
