Speaking at the opening of the Yalova-Armutlu Road, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu stated that the project has reduced travel time from 1 hour to 30 minutes, resulting in annual savings of 260 million Turkish lira and a reduction of 900 tons of carbon emissions. He also noted that the Yalova Southern Ring Road will reduce travel time to 3 minutes and alleviate traffic congestion in the region.
