Ana Paula Martins says that the 40-week pregnant woman in labor assisted by the INEM at the door of the hospital in Faro should have been admitted, even with the obstetric emergency reserved for serious cases. ULS of the Algarve argues that she assessed the case as low risk and that the means of that unit should not be occupied in a situation without risk.
