Minister Carlos Bonilla Hands over 90 Title Deeds to Families in Bayaguana

The Minister of Housing and Buildings (MIVED), Carlos Bonilla, handed over 90 titles of ownership to the same number of families of the FUNDEJUR-INVI project in Bayaguana, Monte Plata province.
