Ecuador Reopens Mining Concession Registry After Seven Years
The wait ended. Seven years and five months later, and after several frustrated announcements in recent years, the mining cadastre will finally be reopened on Monday, June 16. The first group to be attended is small non-metallic mining, as announced by the Government.
The previous registration was closed in 2018 due to concerns about irregularities in the system of concessions in the sector
