CAROLINA BEACH, NC (WWAY) –A mini golf tournament was held Sunday to support the Carolina Beach Ocean Rescue team ahead of the busy summer season. The event, called the Ocean Rescue Open, took place at the Putter Pub on Winner Avenue. It was organized by business owner Ryan O’Rourke and Carolina Beach Town Council Member Joe Benson.
