MILTON, W.Va. (WOWK) -- Tensions were once again running high at another Milton City Council meeting Tuesday night. During the meeting, a couple of city council members made a motion to table a vote to appoint Officer Cass McMillian as police chief, saying they believe it's too soon to replace former Chief Chris O'Dell.
