Milton council hears residents’ concerns on church plan

The Milton City Council on Aug. 17 unanimously voted to send a draft of its capital improvements update to the Atlanta Regional Commission for review. The plan update prompted residents to voice their concerns about a proposed church relocation in the city, which they described as a “land-use issue.”
