Millersville University of Pennsylvania student Willow Kint, a sophomore meteorology major from Thurmont, is among the 128 undergraduate students across the nation chosen by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to receive Ernest F. Hollings Undergraduate Scholarships.
