Miley Cyrus Says Her Kneecap Started to "Disintegrate" After Filming Video on Hollywood's Walk of Fame

- She developed a severe infection during shooting for her upcoming album and film Something Beautiful, which led to her ICU admission on Thanksgiving in November.
- The infection was so serious that doctors were disgusted upon seeing her knee, with one surgeon commenting “Yuck,” and this delayed her album promotion plans.
- Her film premieres June 6 at the Tribeca Festival, followed by a one-night June 12 North American screening and a June 27 global release, and she joked about having “a big dream and a small budget.”
- Miley has since recovered and prepares for the album’s May 30 release, but the traumatic injury and infection may discourage her from similar future shoots.
