t is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Milena Mihelcic. She was born on September 28, 1940, in Cerknica, Slovenia, to Franciska and Janez Telič and left us peacefully on October 14, 2025 to join them, her husband Frank, and brother Janez. After Frank immigrated to Canada in the '30s, Milena later followed in 1962, and the two were married here upon her arrival, beginning a full life together in Kirkland Lake and the family cotta…
