MILDRED E. VINCENT VERGENNES — Mildred E. Vincent, “Millie,” as she preferred to be called, passed away May 5, 2026, after a brief illness at Helen Porter, surrounded by her family. She was born July 6, 1937, to William and Ruth Foster in Shoreham, Vt.
