The flooded limestone quarry Janičův vrch, also known as the quarry at Mariánský mlýn near Mikulov, is one of the most beautiful places for swimming in Moravia. It is a very well-preserved part of the landscape. The place was even declared a natural monument in 2014. Among vacationers and fans, the place began to be nicknamed the Mikulov Caribbean.
