In a job as volatile and demanding as that of coach it is difficult to earn the compliments. Although there are times that the merits are of such caliber that the praises are almost obligatory. And the perfect example is embodied by Mikel Arteta, technician of Arsenal; by Unai Emery, coach of Aston Villa; and by Iñigo Pérez, Mister of Rayo Vallecano.
Six coaches will be involved in the finals of the European club football championships, and half, three, will be from the Basque Country.
