The High Court in Podgorica assessed that there is no evidence that one of the alleged leaders of the so-called Grand Clan, Aleksandar Mijajlović, former officials of the secret and public police Drago Spičanović, Vladan Lazović and Milovan Pavićević, senior prosecutor Andrijana Nastić and former Minister of Defense Predrag Bošković, are reasonably suspected of the crimes charged by the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT)
By the decision of the criminal panel of the Higher Court in Podgorica, it was decided that there is no place for accusations, according to the indictment of the Special State Prosecutor's Office of Montenegro against the defendants.
