In Russia, since the beginning of 2025, the number of foreign nationals has declined from 6.3 million to 5.7 million (by 10 per cent), as reported by Alexander Perejogin, Head of the Analysis Department of the Migration Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs at the conference "New Migration Policy of the Russian Federation".
