JMG Group continues Midlands expansion with trio of acquisitions

A Yorkshire-based insurance broker has grown by acquisition in the Midlands as part of a strategy to increase its market share.

Midlands brokers join JMG Group in latest regional expansion

Insurance consolidator JMG Group has expanded further across the Midlands with the acquisition of three independent brokerages in Worcestershire, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire. The deals bring Bromsgrove-based Jukes Insurance Brokers, Oxfordshire firm RP Lovatt and Northampton fleet specialist Nene Valley Insurance Practice into the group as JMG continues to grow its regional presence.
