Michelin stars for nine Slovenian restaurants
Nine Slovenian restaurants have won Michelin stars by the famous French restaurant guide this year, one fewer than last year. Today, a ceremony will be held in Brdo pri Kranju to celebrate the selection of restaurants that have made it into the famous Michelin culinary guide for Slovenia. Last year, Michelin inspectors awarded Hiša Franko with chef Ana Roš three stars again, restaurant Milka with chef David Žefran two stars, and eight other restaurants received one star.
