The restaurant Iris in Salmon Eye near Rosendal in the Hardangerfjord is closing, BT reports. 13 employees will be laid off. Chairman Sondre Eide tells the newspaper that the closure is not permanent. – We want to strategically further develop the concept to achieve new ambitious goals for the group. The restaurant received its first Michelin star in 2024.
