The Miami-Dade Tax Collector’s Office began to revoke fraudulently obtained parking permits for the disabled, after initiating an audit of applications filed over the past 24 months. Miami-Dade Collector Dariel Fernández announced this Thursday that he began sending letters to people who obtained parking permits for the disabled irregularly, as part of the revocation process resulting from the audit announced last month.
