Mi Power of the People Sued the Government: It Denies Us the Constitutional Right to Protect Citizens From Lithium Mining

Parliamentary group Mi - People's Power announced today that it sued the Government of Serbia for, as it stated, the denial of constitutional rights to protect the rights of voters - citizens regarding the exploitation of lithium and requested that the harmful decision of the Ministry of Environmental Protection be postponed.
