Rosenqvist Leaving Meyer Shank Racing at End of IndyCar Season

- On Wednesday, Meyer Shank Racing confirmed that Indianapolis 500 winner Felix Rosenqvist will not return to the team in 2027 after accepting an offer from an IndyCar Series rival.
- The 34-year-old Swedish driver joined MSR in 2024 and won the 110th running of the Indianapolis 500 on May 25, 2026, his first victory since 2020 with Arrow McLaren.
- Currently ranking sixth in the NTT IndyCar Series standings, Rosenqvist finished second at Long Beach on April 19 with eight races remaining in the 2026 season.
- MSR co-owner Mike Shank said, "everyone at MSR remains fully committed" to strong results while the team evaluates options for a replacement driver in 2027.
- The NTT IndyCar Series continues at Mid-Ohio on Sunday, July 5, while reports point toward Andretti Global or Arrow McLaren as Rosenqvist's next destination.
