A man who is a Mexican national has been federally indicted on reports of possession of about 11lbs of fentanyl and more than two pounds of heroin.

CONDADO JUAB, UTAH- Two foreign nationals have been federally charged with alleged possession of approximately fentanyl and heroin. Miguel Mario Soto De Santiago, 23, was initially charged on February 20 after an investigation that Soto De Santiago was part of a drug trafficking network across Utah, authorities said.
