New World Screwworm Risk in Minnesota Low, but Officials Warn of Transfer

U.S.-MEXICO BORDER, JUL 16 – The USDA halted imports after a New World Screwworm case in Veracruz near the U.S. border, with 90 million sterile flies dropped weekly to combat the pest, officials said.
