Metromont to acquire Heldenfels Enterprises, Inc.

- The deal transfers ownership from founder Fred Heldenfels IV and other shareholders, with Westlake Securities as exclusive sell-side financial advisor, while Metromont has facilities in Greenville & Spartanburg, SC; Hiram, GA; Bartow, FL; Winchester and Richmond, VA.
- The acquisition immediately positions Metromont to expand capacity, with Heldenfels Enterprises, a Metromont Company, preserving the Heldenfels name and Chad Petro as President/CEO.
