The town council has put out a contract for the control of these birds for an amount of 38,000 euros, with the taxes included, and a period of execution of the works of two years. As stated in the technical prescriptions, the company that is awarded must install, at least, 47 cages in eight areas of the city: north, center, east, Roman art museum, St. Louis, Spanish square, polygon and churches.
