Mercedes-Benz will proceed with a share buyback worth up to 1 billion euros, starting this week.

Mercedes-Benz shares have fallen 25 percent so far this year. Now the pressured car manufacturer, led by Swede Ola Källenius, is launching a buyback program worth over the equivalent of SEK 10 billion.

Automaker Mercedes-Benz is once again buying back its own shares for up to one billion euros, which is behind the move.
