French bookstores are now selling the memoirs of Gisele Pelicot, an icon of women's struggle against violence, "Ode to Life." In the book, which will also be published in Lithuanian, the woman tells why she decided to remain silent about the mass rapes organized by her husband after he had drugged her, and also describes what gave her the strength not to break down after learning about the violence she experienced.
