The city of Melilla has hosted for the first time Wednesday the national exercise of maritime security Marsec-26, with a drill to strengthen the training of the Navy to know how to act when an incident happens and share knowledge with other institutions.The activity has been coordinated by the Naval Command and have participated the harbour authority, Maritime Captainship, Maritime Rescue and Red Cross, according to Efe.
