Meikle, Bond reflect on first CFL game experience with Lions; injured Bond changes positions

KAMLOOPS — Two B.C. Lions hopefuls from Kamloops saw their first CFL action against the Calgary Stampeders this past Monday in a pre-season game in Victoria. Receiver Colton Meikle took the field on more than 10 special teams plays, while Jacob Bond was trending toward a similar number of reps before an injury cut his game short. Marty Hastings caught up with Bond and Meikle on Thursday at training camp.
