MegazoneCloud and AVITA, a leading AI avatar company, partner to bring physical AI to market

MegazoneCloud and AVITA will integrate AI avatars with autonomous humanoid robots to reduce operational costs and enhance customer engagement across multiple industries, the companies said.

  • On Sunday, MegazoneCloud and Japanese AI avatar leader AVITA signed a strategic partnership to develop and deploy physical AI services integrating AI avatars with autonomous robots.
  • Headquartered in Seoul, MegazoneCloud is an AI-native cloud company with more than 2,000 experts serving over 8,000 customers, while AVITA was founded in 2021 by Professor Hiroshi Ishiguro of Osaka University.
  • MegazoneCloud will integrate AVITA's "AVACOM" customer engagement solution and "AvaTraining" training platform with autonomous humanoids, enabling robots to perform guidance and consultation tasks.
  • During MegazoneCloud's partner conference ICON 2026 on April 2 at the Grand Ballroom of InterContinental Seoul Parnas, AVITA will showcase both solutions at a dedicated booth.
  • Both companies plan to expand these physical AI applications into finance and the public sector across the 10 countries where MegazoneCloud operates, building future competitiveness through technology.
