ROCHESTER — In a basement rendered a little less dungeony by extra lights, four Rochester area women work around a table, sorting and folding clothes, as they have been doing for the last several years now. It is freezing outside, well below zero. So the work they do here — getting donated clothes to the needy — has an urgency to it.
