Police have arrested a wanted woman following a Sunday morning traffic stop that also resulted in the seizure of a prohibited weapon. On Sunday, January 25, 2026, at approximately 9:00 a.m., police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle whose occupant was known to be wanted on a warrant with the Cobourg Police Service.
