Greece, along with several other countries, is planning to build a return center in Africa, the daily Kathimerini reported on Friday, citing sources. The center is intended to house migrants who have not been granted asylum and whose countries of origin refuse to take them in. European countries have already begun talks with Kenya about the possibility of hosting the center.
