The director of this initiative created in the mayor’s office of Medellín tells how they have managed to work, in less than five years, with more than 12,500 adolescents to prevent them from remaining part of the criminal and violent circle. With a team of 120 professionals, most psychologists, this public policy tries to prevent and attack the problem by addressing the entire life cycle.
