Maharashtra FDA suspended licenses of three Mumbai food establishments for serious hygiene violations. Olympia Coffee House faced action due to a urinal in storage and unhygienic food handling. Nair Hospital canteen and a Blinkit warehouse also had their licenses suspended. Cafe Mondegar and other eateries were previously shut for failing temperature controls.
